All prices for our products are in Australian Dollars and include gst.

We operate and distribute from our Perth Metropolitan area location(s)

The price of products shown excludes delivery cost as delivery costs are added separately to your order once you advise delivery address.

We reserve the right to change the prices for products at any time. This may include items in your “shopping cart” which can be checked at point of purchase before payment. If you store items in your cart for purchase later it is recommended you review the purchase price prior to payment. You agree to pay the current price at the time of payment.

Prices on our website are provided solely for website purchases.

Cancellations

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders submitted through this online facility agree to the following cancellation terms:

i. Full refund for orders cancelled with notice of more than 48 hours prior to day of delivery

ii. 20% cancellation fee for orders cancelled with notice of less than 48 hours prior to the day of delivery

iii. 50% cancellation fee for orders cancelled with notice of less than 24 hours prior to the day of delivery

iv. No refund for orders cancelled on the day of delivery

Refunds

Please contact us via email at info@lightitupballoons.com.au for all cancellation requests.

Please retain proof of payment that is emailed to you for proof of purchase.

You are not entitled to a refund if you or recipient simply change your mind or dislike choice made.

We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced after a successful delivery.

You are not entitled to a refund if we are unable to deliver your order due to being supplied an incorrect address, or being unable to access a secure property..

Hire Equipment

All our hire equipment we use for example ( LED Numbers, LED Wording Signage, Powerboard block and Extension Chords ) are all been ” TESTED ” and ” TAG ” by Jim’s Test & Tag on a yearly bases.

Our Liability

We will not be liable for any claim, injury, cost or liability (whether direct or indirect), loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from use of our website, use of our products, use of our services, use of a third parties information, use of a third parties product, use of a third parties service and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.

Safety Warning

DO NOT inhale the helium from a balloon. This can cause you to lose consciousness due to insufficient oxygen in your lungs hence causing asphyxiation. Don’t do it.

DO NOT release foil balloons outdoors as they are constructed of electrically conductive material (foil) which can become entangled in electric lines causing power outages and damage.

DISCARD broken, uninflated balloons as they can be choking hazard to children.
